Hi! My name is Rachel and I started my journey into professional baking and food writing in 2011. Over the years, I’ve worked as the Head Baker at Greenbean Coffee House and taught kids baking classes around Seattle. I began recipe testing in 2018 and developed my first published recipe in 2021 while the Editorial Assistant at Simply Recipes. I’d love to work with you!
